 The girls, Auburn, Emily and Rosie spent the night at our house.  Here they are eating in our game room.

 The next day I took them to the FSU baseball game.  Auburn is taking a picture of....

When we get out in the country, close to home, the girls get to ride in the back of my truck.  A perfect ending to a perfect day.

Tallahassee, FL 02-09-11

 Visiting the Tallahassee Museum again, this time with Dillan and Ryan.  Here we are at the bald eagle exhibit.

 This duck looks happy to be in a familiar environment.

 It's lunch time for the deer.

 The drought we have been having has dried up this portion of a lake.

 Dillan is bundled up for the chilly weather.

Ryan was captivated by some of the animals we saw. 

 Just a lazy day for the wolves.

 The bobcats weren't too active, either.

 This Florida panther is taking a snooze.

 A cypress swamp that is part of the museum's property.

 Nothing like a little quality time with your brother.

 Seems all the animals are napping, like this bear, and....

 this fox.

 At least the goats were moving around.

 Dillan gets a kick out of spinning around on the tire swing.

 Ryan wasn't too keen on the tire swing, so we took a step down for him.

 Savannah Lee spent the night with us and I let her sleep in before taking her to the Tallahassee Museum of Natural Science.

 We always have to visit the bald eagle exhibit since she is fascinated with those birds.

 We watched some deer foraging for food.

 Got to see some wolves stalking their habitat.

 We've been experiencing a drought, so the lake levels are low.

 The museum is a very serene location to spend a quiet day with family.

 Now she is checking out....

 We always end our day on the playground.

 I'm not sure which she enjoys better, the animals or the playground.

She wasn't too sure about the tire swing. 

After a long day out with Papa, it's time to lay in bed and watch a video.

Since Mike and Hannah and their family were out of town for Christmas, we had a belated holiday with them.

Emily is handing out presents.
