Lynda and I, along with our friends, John and Terri, attended a patriotic concert at the Monticello Opera House.
This is retired USMC General Lawrence F. Snowden, who, along with three local veterans were honored at the event.
A concert of patriotic songs was performed by Bob Milne, the most renown ragtime pianist in the country. Among others, he played the Marine Corps, Army, Air Force and Navy hymns.
