It's another beautiful Saturday morning in Tallahassee, which can mean only one thing...our grandsons are playing football.
As usual, it's a family affair, with Dillan displaying his ever-present swords.
Mike coaching the defense with Little Mike playing safety and waiting for the snap.
Rick is coaching the offense and calling out a play.
Little Mike is at quarterback and is taking the snap from his cousin, Neil. Football in hand, Mike looks to make a move to the right.
He runs toward the sideline to give time for the play to develop.
Trying to avoid the pass rush before attempting a pass.
And the throw goes to.....his cousin, Neil. Neil turns to run,
but is caught by the defense.
The family watches the game. Auburn, Lori, her sister, Adrienne, Lynda and of course, Savannah Lee.
Neil is getting ready to hike the ball to his cousin.
Little Mike, at safety, running toward the ball carrier.
Coach Mike high-fiving one of his defensive players after a good play.
Neil on defense, getting ready to rush the quarterback.
Mike has the ball and fakes a hand off in the backfield.
After the fake, he takes off around the end for a big gain.
Lori and Auburn share a moment.
Rick and Mike on the sideline with Dan, whose son also plays on the team.
Rick and Mike discuss strategy.
Hannah (who hates having her picture taken) was the team videographer today.
Rick and Auburn watch the defense from the sideline.
Neil seems happy with a rest on the bench.
Savannah Lee could care less about the game!
Hannah with her sister, Meghan.
Ryan looks really bored!
Nothing like teaching the boys on the team good sportsmanship.
The teams meet a mid field to shake hands.
The boys get to run through a tunnel formed by parents.
The "twins", Melina and Emily, ham it up for the camera.
