We spent a weekend in Apalachicola to celebrate the birthday of our cruising "buddy" Mark, with his wife, Patty. We stayed at the historic Gibson Inn.

This is the Inn from across the street.

This was our bed inside our room.

Our first night there, we ate at a seafood restaurant on St. George island.

Walking on the beach after dinner.

Mark and Patty wade in.

Nothing like a relaxing evening, reading a book and listening to the iPod on the porch of the Gibson Inn.
